SIGALAlarm Follows “Is Justin Bieber on Capital?”

| | ,

Gav Richards & Jonathan Creswell from Aiir launched their Is Justin Bieber on Capital? website on Wednesday in conjunction with their session at the Student Radio Conference in Cardiff.

What they didn’t expect was that Bieber himself loved the website. When he caught wind of it, he posted:

Blessed. Thank u

According to the website Compare My Radio, Bieber’s songs have been played almost 11,000 times in the last 30 days. 5712 of those plays were on Capital stations alone.

Commenting on the attention the website has received, Gav commented;

It’s picking up quite a bit of traffic in the Leicester Square area right now, oddly.

Now the pair based in Sheffield are planning the follow-up; the SIGALAlarm.

Whilst the Norfolk born and bred DJ and producer only has three singles, they’ve been played over 4000 times over the last 30 days, with over half of those coming from Capital stations.

Jonathan commented;

Look I know it’s not actually right but it’s the way things are going with the word and I’m getting ahead of the trend

The SIGALAlarm won’t just cover Capital, or even just Global Radio owned stations. It will cover all stations with a CHR format.

We understand the new website to be up by midday on Monday 11th April 2016.
